NeuroRestorative Caregiver / Direct Support Professional / CNA

Day shift, Evening shift, and Overnight shifts available throughout the week and weekend

Would you like to make a difference every day in someone’s life? In this role, you will carry out rewarding work and play a crucial role in our organization’s success.

• Assist and support individuals in living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other assistance to help them feel confident and safe.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, house cleaning, personal hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing).
• Facilitate relationships between employers and individuals served, support community involvement by accompanying them on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
• Transport participants to appointments, shopping, and other activities.
• Work closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• MAP Certification beneficial
• Valid Driver's License from the state of residence for at least 1 year
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Successful clearance of background checks
• A caring attitude with dedication to assisting others
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills
• Reliable, responsible attitude, and compassionate approach
• Commitment to quality in all you do
