Job summary

Right at Home Seymour is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes in Sevierville, TN and surrounding areas.

Competitive pay starts at $15/hour with weekly pay, increases to $16/hour after 200 hours, and up to $19/hour for certain shifts. Flexible scheduling, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and clear a background check
• Preferred but not required: CNA/HHA/PCA certification
• Pass drug screening
• Valid car insurance
• Ability to drive 30–45 minutes to a shift
• Ability to drive clients to appointments

Right at Home is currently seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay starting at $15/hour, paid weekly with an increase to $16/hour after 200 hours worked - Including paid travel time between client and overtime opportunities. Up to $19/hour differential pay offered for short shifts and call-in shifts.
