Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks compassionate caregivers. You will help individuals grow, learn, and live well, building real relationships and showing ownership and trust in leaders to do what’s right for participants.

You’ll support people in daily activities, including personal care, community participation, and working toward goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Join a mission-driven team with stability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
