Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. seeks compassionate caregivers to support families with in‑home care in San Mateo County and surrounding communities. You will assist with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and help maintain routines with dignity and joy.

We offer ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive workplace culture focused on growth and peace of mind for families and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Personal or professional caregiving experience (CNA license preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and auto insurance (if transporting clients).
• Current TB test required.
• Background check clearance at state and national levels.
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Support clients in maintaining routines and independence.
• Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments.
• Prepare meals and give medication reminders.
