Broadway Homecare seeks Personal Care Aides (PCA or HHA) to join our growing team serving the Schenectady County, NY area. We offer flexible shifts, free PCA certification, and paid orientation to help you start strong.

No prior experience is required; we provide free training and ongoing support. Expect weekly pay, health insurance options, and a range of shifts close to home, with no live-in or overnight cases.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping - meal preparation, shopping, laundry
• Personal hygiene - bathing, dressing, feeding
• Social interaction, including games, reading, and conversation
• Monitor vital signs as instructed
