Job summary

Brookdale Reno is hiring Caregivers for memory care residents in Nevada. Both part-time and full-time roles are available, with an AM shift from 6am to 2pm and weekend commitments.

Caregivers will support daily living activities, help with personal care, and contribute to a warm, respectful environment for residents. Brookdale offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs, as well as help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
