Job summary

Home Instead in SE Dallas and surrounding counties is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship to seniors. You'll build trusting relationships, help with daily activities, and ensure a safe, comfortable home environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $12–$14 per hour with performance-based increases, and we provide 24/7 office support and benefits including a 401(k) and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and car registration.
• Ability to pass background, DMV, and drug screens.
• Excellent communication and compassion for seniors.
• Friendly, respectful attitude.
