Job summary

IntelyCare is seeking an Inventory Control Warehouse Lead in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This on-site, full-time role provides day-to-day leadership for the Inventory Control team and oversees cycle counting, reconciliations, and KPI reporting.

You will drive accuracy, lead daily inventory activities, and ensure compliance with SOPs while collaborating with Receiving, Shipping, Customer Service, and Returns. forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse inventory control experience.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Forklift experience or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform daily cycle counts, location audits, and physical inventories.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Research and process inventory adjustments with proper documentation.
• Monitor inventory transactions including receiving, moves, replenishment, picking, and shipping.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory locations.
• Support Receiving, Shipping, Customer Service, and Returns departments.
• Validate inventory prior to customer shipments.
• Lead daily activities of Inventory Control Associates.
• Train team members on inventory procedures and WMS transactions.
• Generate inventory reports and monitor KPIs.
• Support customer audits and annual physical inventories.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety requirements.

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Warehouse Lead is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, leading daily inventory control activities, and supporting warehouse operations through cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements. This role provides day-to-day leadership to the Inventory Control team while ensuring customer inventory integrity and compliance with company procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.
• Experience with Synapse WMS or similar warehouse management systems.
• Experience supporting retail customers such as Walmart or Target.
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma experience.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
