Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking individuals to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing individualized programs and documenting data to support child development.

Training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is provided, with flexible hours and a schedule designed to support work-life balance. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
  • Valid state ID.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
  • Data collection and session note submission.
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
  • Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
  • Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations.

This position is for In-home or center based services and requires a candidate who wants to work with children. This will allow you to integrate into the environment and help the child develop the skills necessary to improve a variety of skills. These skills include behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and many other developmental and educational tasks.

  • The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
  • Valid state identification card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass a criminal background check
