Right at Home Montgomery is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Assistants to provide comfort, dignity, and independence to clients in their own homes in Prattville and the surrounding area.

You choose shifts that fit your life—days, evenings, weekends—with options for part-time work and flexible scheduling. We offer weekly or daily pay options, health insurance and dental options, paid training, referral bonuses, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Some caregiving experience preferred
