Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate caregivers in Indiana to provide in-home support and companionship for seniors in their own homes. Responsibilities include safety checks, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and helping with daily routines, medications, and light errands.

We offer flexible schedules with part-time hours, paid training, and advancement opportunities. Overtime pay and bonus opportunities are available, and our culture has been recognized as a Great Place to Work

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and safety checks for seniors.
• Assist with meals, dressing, and mobility within the home.
• Remind and assist with taking medications.
• Support with errands and light housework as needed.

Day in the life of our Caregivers...

• Companionship is the core of what we do, caregivers are just that, companions. When they first arrive, they might do a safety check, help prepare meals, or pick out clothes for the day. They help with ensuring the senior is bathed, dressed, and ready to go for their day. They help the senior with safe mobility around their home and in public outings and also remind our senior to take their medications. Overall, you are their friend that drops by to play games, runs errands, clean up, and someone who genuinely tries to make them smile. Some of our companion Caregivers have certifications and licenses such as RN, LPN, CMA, CNA, HHA, or PCA, but they are not required.
