Job summary

Charter Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide evening support in our assisted living or memory care neighborhoods. You will help residents maintain dignity and independence through hands-on care and meaningful daily interactions.

Ideal candidates have prior caregiver or CNA/PCA/HHA experience, strong communication, and a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life. Join a team with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanour.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership.
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day.

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.
