Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a caregiver to provide in-home personal care and companionship in Pittsburgh, Washington, Canonsburg and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily activities, meals, hygiene, and mobility, while ensuring safety and comfort for clients.

This hands-on role offers weekly pay, paid orientation, benefits, and career growth opportunities. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel up to 25 miles are required, with flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
