Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and non-medical wellness observation to clients in Tennessee. Evening and morning split shifts support daily routines.

Caregiving experience preferred; candidates need a reliable vehicle, valid license, and pass background and drug screenings, plus provide five professional references and required documents (SSN, birth certificate, I-9).

• Provide 5 professional references.
• Provide required employment documents, including Social Security card, birth certificate and proof of identity/work authorization (I-9).

Responsibilities

• Personal care support (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Companionship and engagement.

Helping Hearts USA LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers who want meaningful work and a schedule that stays consistent.

Shift Options (8 hours/day: 4 hours AM + 4 hours PM)

Choose a schedule that fits typical client routines (morning care + evening support):

• 6:00 AM-10:00 AM + 2:00 PM-6:00 PM

• 7:00 AM-11:00 AM + 3:00 PM-7:00 PM

• 8:00 AM-12:00 PM + 4:00 PM-8:00 PM

• 9:00 AM-1:00 PM + 5:00 PM-9:00 PM

• 10:00 AM-2:00 PM + 6:00 PM-10:00 PM

• 11:00 AM-3:00 PM + 7:00 PM-11:00 PM

(Additional variations available based on client needs and location.)

What You'll Do
