Job summary

Homewatch Caregivers of Central Bucks County is seeking empathetic and qualified caregivers to provide human focused care in clients' homes. You will support aging, injured, and disabled adults with daily living activities, mobility, transportation and social companionship, right in the home.

Our approach emphasizes clients' abilities and the positives of their condition, not their decline. This role offers flexible schedules, ongoing training, and the chance to make a meaningful difference

Qualifications

• TB Test (2 step PPD/Chest X-ray/Quantiferon Blood Work)

Responsibilities

• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings as needed
• Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation and ambulation.
• Get to know each individual beyond their diagnosis or conditions.
• Assist clients in their homes with daily tasks (grooming, toileting and cleanup, dressing, meal prep, med reminders, showering etc.)
• Protect clients’ physical safety and general well-being
