Job summary

Right at Home in Pell City, Alabama is seeking caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to join our team. We offer full or part-time shifts with flexible scheduling across mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Pay ranges $13–$15 per hour with weekly pay and daily pay options, plus benefits and training. Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma or GED, US work authorization, valid driver’s license with a vehicle, and the ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• Some caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Our caregivers provide compassionate hands-on support to clients by assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.
