Job summary

Stellar Senior Living in Oro Valley is seeking outstanding full-time Caregivers for 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am shifts to care for our seniors and provide them the stellar lifestyle they deserve.

Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services per the resident service plan, using kindness, gentleness, and professionalism to respect dignity and privacy. We offer competitive pay, benefits, a $600 sign-on bonus for specific shifts, meals, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certification is required.
• Will accept Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Demonstrates compassion and a can-do attitude to serve residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and assist with daily living activities.

Job description

We are seeking an outstanding Full-Time Caregivers for 2pm - 10pm shift and 10pm - 6:00am shift to join our team at The Ironwood atOro Valley! Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the stellar lifestyle they deserve.

Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. The Stellar way is through kindness, a gentle, friendly, and professional manner, and respecting their dignity and privacy. If this is how you like to work, then we want to talk to you!

What we offer

• Competitive salary: $19 - $21 per hour (depending on experience)
• Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, 10:00pm - 6:00am)
• $600 sign-on bonus for 2:00pm - 10:00pm and 10:00pm - 6:00am shifts only

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certification is required. Will accept Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
