Job summary

SYNERGY Homecare Franchising, LLC in Omaha/Hometown area is seeking caring individuals to join our team as caregivers to support clients at home. You will provide non-medical support, companionship, and light daily assistance to clients in their own homes.

We value reliability, trust, and a warm, professional approach; candidates should have a driver’s license and access to the internet, and be prepared for background checks and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Provide reliable, compassionate companionship and care.
• Complete and pass a background check.
• High school or GED graduate.
• Have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Are 19 years of age or older.
• Have Internet access and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
