Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking Caring Home Care Aides to provide patient-focused support in Oak Ridge and nearby areas. This role emphasizes compassionate, respectful care with flexibility to fit your availability, including full-time and part-time opportunities close to home.

Typical duties include personal care, light housekeeping and transportation to appointments. A background check is required and reliable transportation is essential to serve multiple clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1 year work experience considered in lieu of formal education.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to and between client sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands as necessary.

Caregiver Responsibilities
