• Promote acceptance of care plans and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Support residents through routine activities and assist as needed.

Qualifications

Caregiver qualification requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) as per regulation. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Additional experience with service for elders is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid or successful completion after hire. Successful completion of state direct care programs.
• Basic knowledge of computers required.
