Job summary

Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate caregivers, STNAs, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to join our team in Amelia, Batavia and Williamsburg areas. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with daily pay options and paid training to help you start quickly.

As a caregiver in a one-on-one setting, you’ll support clients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, light housekeeping, and companionship, while following health and safety guidelines and building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Compassionate individual who thrives in one-on-one care.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow health and safety standards and guidelines.
• No experience? We provide training for those eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing.
• Assisting with mobility and patient transfer
• Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
