Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically have:

• Experience in caregiving, home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, or related settings
• Personal caregiving experience for a family member (also valued)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observation and problem-solving abilities
• A compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
• Experience supporting individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease preferred

Employment Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance
• Ability to pass a nationwide criminal background screening
