Charter Senior Living in New Lenox, IL is seeking a caring Caregiver with assisted living or memory care experience. You will provide hands-on support to residents, help maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life through daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands‑on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.
