Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in New Jersey is seeking caring Caregivers to support clients in their own homes. You’ll create a safe, nurturing environment, assist with children's activities, infant care, meals, hygiene, and light housekeeping, while ensuring punctual and reliable service.

Preferred qualifications include a driver’s license, availability 7am–5pm weekdays, experience with babysitting or caregiving roles, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Experience as babysitter, nanny, teacher, daycare worker, or camp counselor.
• Certification in first aid and child and infant CPR.
• Experience with special needs children.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a healthy and safe environment for our clients
• Provide attention to children's needs, including engaging and fun activities
• Care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and dressing
• Prepare healthy snacks and meals
• Encourage healthy habits and hygiene, and help with toilet training
• Perform light housework, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up toys
• Help with homework as needed
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shift
