Job summary

ComForCare in Naperville is seeking caring, reliable in-home caregivers to assist clients with daily activities, personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and companionship. You’ll help clients stay independent in their own homes and coordinate with families.

We offer flexible shifts, paid training, 401k eligibility, holiday pay, direct deposit, overtime, referral program, and round-the-clock support to help you thrive in this essential role.

Qualifications

• A compassionate caregiver with a passion to serve others.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Access to reliable transportation is needed.
• Previous in-home caregiver experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
