Monarch Landing is seeking a hospitality-minded PRN Caregiver to join Monarch at Home in Naperville, IL. The position focuses on delivering outstanding home care to senior residents in a community setting.

Minimum requirement is 4 days/month, with one shift on a Saturday or Sunday. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $19.50 per hour, with benefits like 401(k) company matching and employee assistance, promoting a supportive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Non-Certified Caregiver experience welcomed but not required.
• Comfortable working with seniors in home care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care and support to residents receiving home care services.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed and reported by residents and care plan.
