Job summary

Healing and Helping Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate Personal Service Providers (PSPs) to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This weekend position offers split shifts based on client schedules and care needs, with a focus on delivering high-quality in-home care.

You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help with light housekeeping while ensuring patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing personal care or caregiving preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work weekends. Split shifts may be required depending on client needs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Healing and Helping Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Service Providers (PSPs) to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a weekend position, and split shifts may be available based on client schedules and care needs. • Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as outlined in each client's care plan.

• Help with household tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and HIPAA guidelines to ensure quality care.

Requirements
