Addus HomeCare is hiring Caregivers/Home Care Aides in Mount Carmel, TN. We offer flexible, full time or part time hours to match your availability and work close to home.

Starting pay is up to $15.68 per hour, with weekly pay and a range of benefits designed to support you and your clients. Join our team and help seniors stay independent in their own homes.

We conduct in-person interviews and prioritize employee wellbeing, offering quick start and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, and/or 1 year of work experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care - bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, etc.
• Transport client to appointments, daily errands, and other locations as necessary.
