Qualifications

• Previous experience in care giving or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a willingness to help others.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Administer medications and monitor clients' health as instructed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and health care team members to report changes or concerns.
• Assist with mobility and transferring clients to prevent falls and injuries.
