Job summary

The Cottages in Idaho is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors live safely and with dignity. You will provide hygiene, medication assistance, companionship, and daily support in a small home-like setting.

Experience not required; training provided. We value reliability, empathy, and a strong work ethic. Schedule: NOC shift. We offer benefits including health insurance, PTO, vision and dental, 401k with employer match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• GREAT ATTITUDE and a sincere desire to help others.
• Ability to take direction, follow rules, be proactive and thoughtful.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History check.
• Pass the post-offer drug test.
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Be 17 years of age or older.

• Hygiene and Grooming Assistance (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Med Assistance / Med Tech.
• Monitoring/Safety Supervision.

Because of our intimate setting, we're able to truly get to know each person we care for and provide the attention, connection, and quality of life they deserve.
