Riverview Village Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time 1st Shift Caregiver in Wisconsin to support residents with daily activities and promote independence and dignity.

You will work with a compassionate care team to deliver resident-centered care, foster meaningful relationships with residents and families, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment within a values-driven setting. This role offers growth and training opportunities in a supportive team culture.

Formación

• Experience in caregiving or direct care preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must meet age requirements per state regulations and facility policies.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Communicating resident needs and changes with the care team
