Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Allen is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to deliver compassionate in-home care in Allen, Texas. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, support mobility, and collaborate with our clinical team to implement personalized care plans.

You will maintain client records, communicate with families and healthcare teams, keep a safe home environment, and participate in ongoing training.

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing companionship and social interaction

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in client condition

• Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes

• Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

• Participate in ongoing education and training to ensure the highest level of care
