Job summary

Anova Care in Colorado is seeking caregivers to join our home care program. Caregivers provide homemaking and personal care services to clients in their homes as part of our growing home health team.

We offer flexible scheduling with shifts across day, evening, and weekend hours. This in-person role supports clients’ daily living activities and requires reliable transportation and a patient, positive attitude. Full-time or part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to get to client homes.
• Good attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and a patient / positive attitude!

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care per service plan.
• Assist with daily hygiene.
• Provide protective oversight as needed.
• Positioning, transfers, ambulation, and exercises.
• Give medication reminders.
• Assist with chores including cooking, cleaning and laundry.
• Assist with shopping and appointments outside the home.
• Observe and report changes to the licensed professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and other assignments included in the service plan.
• Assist with daily hygiene activities.
• Provide protective oversight as needed.
• Positioning, transfers, ambulation and exercises.
• Give medication reminders.
• Assist with household chores including cooking, meal preparation, cleaning and laundry.
• Assist in completing activities such as shopping and appointments outside the home.
• Observe and report any changes from normal to the license professional.

Position Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to get to client homes.
• Good attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and a patient / positive attitude!

Hours

Monday – Friday, weekends as needed.
