Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver (Finance) to support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care in a Colorado senior living community. This role offers pathways for advancement into positions such as CNA and Medication Technician, with a strong focus on resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs, as well as help with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company\'s 401(k) program.
