Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Montana is actively hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) to support clients in their own homes. If you are currently a trained PCA or CNA, you can start quickly after selection. A 16-hour training course is provided at no cost, and we offer flexible shifts, mileage reimbursement, and benefits to fit your needs.

This entry-level role emphasizes compassionate care, with opportunities for ongoing education and a chance to join a growing home-care family in Montana.

Qualifications

• Currently trained PCA or CNA
• Background check required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• 16-hour training course provided at no cost

Responsibilities

• Travel from home to home to assist clients with daily living activities such as meal prep, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping and socialization.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living on a routine basis in their own homes.
• Support clients to stay happy, healthy, and independent through personalized care.
