Job summary

Keepsake Home Care in Lincoln, NE is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home within about 30 miles. This non-medical role includes personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting; companionship; light housekeeping; meal prep; driving to appointments; and reporting changes to the care plan.

We offer weekly pay, drive‑time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime and holiday pay, paid sick time, and direct access to owners.

Qualifications

Caregiver – Keepsake Home Care | Lincoln, NE
$18/hour · Paid weekly · Part-time & Full-time

Keepsake Home Care is a locally owned, women‑owned home care agency built around clients and the caregivers who support them.

What you’ll do

Help clients live safely and comfortably at home in Lincoln and the surrounding area (within about 30 miles). Depending on the client, that includes personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting; companionship like conversation, games, walks and outings; household help such as meal prep, light housekeeping and laundry; driving clients to appointments and running errands; and noting how your client is doing each visit and reporting changes. This is a non‑medical role, so no medication administration or skilled nursing tasks.

What you’ll need

• • At least 18 years old
  • Speak and understand English
  • A smartphone that can run our scheduling and care‑plan app
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and acceptable driving record (driving clients is part of the job)
  • Ability to pass Nebraska’s required background and registry checks
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and kneel for long periods and lift or transfer up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • A warm heart, dependability, and respect for each client’s home and dignity
