Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care – Boston Northwest is seeking caring, reliable caregivers to join our team in the Lexington area. You will provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors, helping them stay comfortable and independent in their own homes.

We offer flexibility in scheduling, competitive pay, a referral bonus of up to $300, portable retirement plan, mileage reimbursement, W-2 role with full benefits, and paid virtual training.

Qualifications

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Able to use smartphone-based apps for scheduling and communication.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, non-medical in-home care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean home.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders for self-administered meds.
• Follow each client's personal care service plan.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team.
• Support clients' independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
