SYNERGY HomeCare Coastal Cities of South Orange County is seeking dependable caregivers to join our homecare team in Laguna Beach. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for both full-time and part-time work with day, night, and weekend shifts.

Competitive pay starting at $18-$20 per hour DOE, time-and-a-half for holidays, direct deposit, and overtime opportunities. Join a supportive team focused on enriching clients’ lives and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Preferably 6 months to 1 year caregiving experience.
• Must have a Social Security Card.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support to our clients.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility to enhance independence.
• Support household activities like meal preparation, errands and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable living environment.
• Monitor client health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes to management for proactive care.
