Job summary

Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors and veterans in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

You will assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meals, transportation, and meaningful companionship while following each client’s care plan and maintaining dignity and respect. Weekend availability is required and CNA/HHA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• CNA/HHA experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed.
• Availability to work one weekend a month.
