Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care and homemaking services in clients’ homes. You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship while helping clients remain safely at home.

We offer competitive hourly pay, daily pay options, referrals bonuses, and benefits after eligibility, along with flexible schedules to fit your life. Training and career development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is a plus
• Must enjoy helping others and have a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• COVID-19 vaccination not required for Care Partners per policy

As a Caregiver with AccentCare, you will provide non-medical support, including personal home care and homemaking services. enabling clients to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities include:

• Personal care assistance

• Minimal Personal Care Experience
• Companion Care and Homemaking
• Advancement opportunities!

$20/ hr

• Moderate to Maximum Personal Care Experience
• Assistance with Dementia/ Alzheimer’s, Hospice, Progressive Diseases such as ALS, MS and Parkinson’s

• AccentCare will consider qualified applicants with criminal history in accordance with local ordinances
• As of April 3, 2023, the State of California and AccentCare will no longer require the COVID-19 vaccination for Care Partners.

Pre-Hire Requirements:

• CA Caregiver Registration (HCA)
• If not already obtained, AccentCare can help with the Live Scan!!
• TB test from the last 90 days; if you currently work with another in home agency listed on your HCA, we can accept results from the last 2 years.
• Pre-Hire Physical, AccentCare will take care of this for you.
