Job summary

Home Instead - Kokomo, IN is hiring caring individuals to provide in-home care. You’ll offer companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, support daily routines, and help with personal care for clients in their homes.

No experience is required—paid training is provided. The role is part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time, and flexible scheduling to fit your life. You’ll work with a supportive office team and gain meaningful, hands-on experience.

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive hourly pay: $16.00 - $19.50

• Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends available)

• Part-time with the ability to grow into full-time

• Consistent clients whenever possible
