Seniors Helping Seniors Ozarks in-home care services is hiring caregivers to support seniors in their own homes in the Springfield, Nixa, Ozark and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes companionship, light homemaking, meal prep and personal care performed with empathy and respect.

You will follow care plans, document changes, and communicate with our office. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive $16 per hour pay, and opportunities to build meaningful relationships through lasting community

Responsabilidades

• Provide Companionship.
• Assist with Light Housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc…
• Shopping and Errands
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Pet Care
• Light Yard Work
• Light Handyman Services
• Overnight Supervision
• Incidental Transportation to doctor’s appointments, family, or their favorite restaurant
• Assist with Dressing
• Assist with Feeding
• Assist with Showering / Bathing
• Mobility Assistance
• Assist with Toileting / Incontinence
• Memory Care
• Arrive on Time for all Services
• Caregivers may be contacted by management outside of standard office hours when coverage is needed for open shifts.
• Maintain documentation of all services provided
• Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to our office staff
• Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff
• Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible
• Clock in and out using our care management system

SHS empowers seniors to continue living independently by caring for day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as seniors age.
