SYNERGY HomeCare of Northern Indianapolis is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, companionship, and personal care in clients’ homes in the Indianapolis area. You will help with everyday activities, nutrition, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, personalized care in clients' homes, including companionship, social engagement, bathing, dressing, light hygiene support, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, medication reminders, and building trusting relationships with clients and their families

• Demonstrate professional integrity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues

• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to agency policies and procedures

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
