Job summary

hce-careers is seeking a dedicated full-time Caregiver to join our Indianapolis team, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, to support seniors and individuals with disabilities and improve their quality of life.

You will assist with hygiene, light housekeeping, meals, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship, following health and safety guidelines and using clear communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver or home health aide preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification required.
• Basic housekeeping and cooking skills are needed.
• Must follow health and safety guidelines and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and walking or physical therapy exercises.

We are seeking a full-time Caregiver to join our team Monday- Friday from 8:00 am- 4:00 pm. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
• First aid and CPR certified Required
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• NO BATTERY OR THEFT within 10 years
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
