Job summary

Sharecare, Inc. is hiring in-home caregivers to support Huntington Station, NY clients through the CareLinx platform. This is a 1099 contractor role with part-time/per-diem schedules, letting you control your availability while making a meaningful daily impact.

You’ll use the CareLinx app to connect with clients, document care tasks, and coordinate with the CarePartner team. We seek compassionate, dependable caregivers who respect privacy and safety in every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone for scheduling and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living: companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
