A First Name Basis (AFNB) is an in-home care provider delivering compassionate support to seniors and individuals with disabilities across Louisiana and neighboring states. We are hiring caregivers to assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, light housekeeping, and monitor health changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid ID and reliable transportation.
• Experience in caregiving or CNA certification preferred.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Kind heart and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Medication reminders and accompany to appointments.
• Monitor and report changes in client health.
