A Place At Home, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable in-home caregivers to provide personalized, non-medical support to clients in their own homes. This role helps maintain dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life with flexible scheduling options.

Weekend on-call rotations are available. Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, meal support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience.

Position Summary

A Place At Home is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized, non-medical support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers play an important role in helping clients maintain their dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.

*Weekend On-Call rotation options are available

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including:

  • Bathing and personal hygiene

  • Dressing and grooming

  • Toileting and incontinence care

  • Ambulation and mobility

  • Transfers and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

• Provide medication reminders as permitted by the client's care plan and applicable regulations.

• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.

• Assist with errands and transportation when authorized.

• Encourage client independence and participation in daily activities.

• Follow each client's individualized care plan and service instructions.

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or needs to the office.

• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment.

• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, office staff, and other members of the care team.

Qualifications

• 1 Year Caregiving experience, required.

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow directions.

• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.

• Ability to pass required background checks.

• Ability to pass required drug test.

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy.
