Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in Hope, Idaho, and surrounding areas. Join a team focused on safe, comfortable home care for seniors and flexible scheduling from part-time to full-time.

A $1000 retention bonus after 6 months is offered, with health insurance eligibility after 90 days for qualifying employees. Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, medication reminders, and accurate shift documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Caregiver experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Compassionate heart, dedicated and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, errands, meals).
• Support clients with medication reminders and mobility assistance.
• Maintain accurate shift documentation.
• Communicate changes in condition or schedule promptly to the Care Team.
