Right at Home Southern NH is urgently hiring caregivers to support aging adults in Hollis and nearby areas. We offer flexible part-time or full-time shifts in a nurse-owned, compassionate in-home care team. Duties include personal care, mobility help, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, with paid travel time and mileage. Benefits include dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Caregiver requirements include a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years or older.
• Comfort with housekeeping, companionship, and some personal care.
• Able to lift 10-50 lbs.
• Basic English literacy.
• Must pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for clients (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and transportation to appointments and activities.

We are rapidly growing and have a number of opportunities to work with aging adults in your area to provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting and companionship.

Bonus points if you have one of the following:

• LNA, Caregiving or Healthcare experience

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour weekdays and $19.00-$20.00 per hour weekends depending on experience.

A TYPICAL DAY AS A CAREGIVER:

Caregivers provide personal care for their clients. - This could include (but is not limited to):

• Light Housekeeping - mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dishes, taking out the trash/recycling
• Assisting with personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair)
• Assist with everyday living tasks (moving, meal preparation, eating, dressing, shaving)
• Provide Companionship to your client (running errands and/or providing transportation to appointments, grocery store, or just to get some fresh air).
• Give back to those who need you most (our clients need you now more than ever before)!

Caregiver Requirements:

• Have a valid driver’s license and use of an automobile for work or access to adequate transportation
• 18 years old minimum.
• Must be comfortable with housekeeping, companionship, and light personal care.
• Able to lift 10-50/lb.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, health and drug screenings, and professional reference checks.

Work Location: In-person

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
