Job summary

Right at Home is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and Personal Care Assistants to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Grove City area. This role emphasizes meaningful work, weekly pay, and a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, while ensuring safety and independence in the home environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities.
• Reliable and compassionate individuals who can pass background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required; CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and safe mobility support.
• Transportation to appointments and errands as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care, bathing, showering, and dressing
• Meal and snack preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry

Transportation/accompaniment to appointments and errands

Dementia and Alzheimer's care

Mobility and transfer assistance

Companionship and recreational activities

Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and Personal Care Assistants
• Reliable and compassionate individuals
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to safely lift/move up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• High school diploma/GED preferred
